Rescheduling and Cancellations: Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to offer your slot to others on our waitlist. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated in this regard.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Failure to notify us within 48 hours or not showing up for your appointment will incur a cancellation fee. This fee varies, reflecting the planned session’s duration and intricacy, as a gesture of respect for our artists’ time and to accommodate other clients efficiently.

Cancellation Fee: This fee will be charged to your stored credit card or will be due if you wish to reschedule. It compensates our artists for their reserved time and effort. The specific fee will be outlined and agreed upon during your initial consultation.

Emergency Circumstances: We understand emergencies happen. If an unforeseen situation prevents you from attending your appointment, please inform us promptly. We will evaluate each scenario individually to decide the most reasonable action.
